Lenny is archived (i.e not supported), so you will need to fetch the packages from the archive.
The good news, though, is that unrar WAS included in lenny: http://archive.debian.net/lenny/unrar
I won't give you instructions for how to install that because if you're still running lenny then A) you're running something special and should know how to manage that system on your own or B) you should update to a newer version of debian (lenny is 5.0, current stable is 8.x)
