Change keyboard layout with "Debian 8 Standard LiveCD"

I am trying "Debian Live 8.2.0 LiveCD" without desktop (ISO image: "debian-live-8.2.0-amd64-standard.iso").
And I can't change the layout of my keyboard.
I tried all the commands documented here (with 'user' and 'root' user): https://wiki.debian.org/Keyboard

> (sudo) dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration
> (sudo) service keyboard-setup restart
> (sudo) udevadm trigger --subsystem-match=input --action=change

After "dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration" the error is:
"""
update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults
"""

The keyboard is still QWERTY instead of the French AZERTY I'm waiting for.
A reboot is not an option (because of the LiveCD).

What can I do?
Thanks
