I'm not really interested in details, I'm just curious.

MS Windows hide a lot of details from user,
linux doesn't, I needn't worry about it

 Under systemd, you can run a command to see
 what the actual timing is
 for everything
 that starts at boot.
 
    
 systemd-analyze
 
 gives the
 time to boot the system, and 
     
     systemd-analyze blame
