Possible bug - stylus skips and is unusable on touchscreen for Lenovo LaVieZ

Hello, 

I think I have a bug. My Lenovo LaVie Z touchscreen does not work with a stylus. The pen "skips" so much it is unusable. 
I have tried multiple pens. 

I think I should file a bug under xinput, but maybe you have another idea?
