It looks like the kernel is trapped in an infinite loop trying to load firmware for a network interface, and filling up your logs with error messages.


Possible solutions:

1.  Disable or remove the hardware in question.

2.  Install rt2860.bin.  STFW "ieee80211 phy0: rt2x00lib_request_firmware: Info - Loading firmware file 'rt2860.bin'", I see:

I opened an terminal and run:

# while true; do echo clean syslog; cat /dev/null > syslog ; sleep 10; done

Now I can think.
