Nobody has the foggiest idea what it is. I imagine that you will not
provide a link to the document so it is doubtful this situation will
progress to a conclusion on this list.

If you see this as being so important to your wellbeing I would suggest
you contact the insurance company to clarify your concerns over
something which is personal and does not concern us.
