firefox compaining about missing library

Greetings;

Does anyone know where to find, for Wheezy, this library?
VDPAU backend libvdpau_nouveau.so?

Or alternatively, how to install to iceweasal, the missing pluggins that 
make it work with the real world?  Fresh Wheezy install here.
