Andrei, Thanks.The problem was the mismatch between linux-headers-3.16-0.bpo.4-amd64 and linux-image-3.16.0-0.bpo.2-amd64. Once I installed linux-image-3.16.0-0.bpo.4-amd64 and rebooted I was able to run 'dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox-dkms' and it correctly built the driver. I am still getting the initial error about drives not being accessible, but, as you said, that is just from deleted vms that I have not deleted through virtualbox. I just need to delelete them from virtualbox to get rid of that error. ReactOS is now booting correctly.
