You are right, of course ;) Initially i want to tell, that there can be no problem, if software is old. But now, i see another thing - if someone want to start with the new type of software, one need to consider, that "dead" software can be usable for now, but: + there can be missing the security updates in future, but not all software need to be a NSA aware + there can be missing the libraries updates (if API will be changed) in future, then it can stop to work + there will not configuration changes in future, and then usage can boring :P (this is a joke) Then, there is no problem to use old software, but i will not recommend to start learn it and i suggest to find something actively developed. regards -- Slavko http://slavino.sk
