Great. Please switch to FreeBSD (it's a great OS), if you do not like
where Linux is headed, instead of just polluting our lists. Decisions
have been made, you - and other parties opposed to them - had plenty of
time and opportunities to help their choices gain momentum, or at least
improve their status. There still are opportunities to do so.
So, please, either do *something* about it, or switch to an alternative
OS as you keep hinting. Complaining does not help anybody: not you, not
Debian, not sysvinit, not Linux, not FreeBSD, not anyone.
