Yes.

For stable:-

To enable sound you'll need:-
echo >/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf 'options snd-hda-intel model=thinkpad'

(and the usual unmute alsamixer)

To enable the touchscreen you'll need xinput-calibrator (from Jessie),
then (as root):-
xinput-calibrator > /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-calibration.conf

Everything else "works out of the box(TM)"
