I'm aware of "Securing Debian Manual". I'm looking for more an introductory

You might want to start documenting this yourself on wiki.debian.org.

I'm halfway doing that already by collecting answers to my questions in topically sorted mailfolders. I'm adding selected answers to other people. I'm also making a categorized bookmark list.

Authoring a wiki page I find daunting.

Feel free to add to FAQsFromDebianUser or create a new page.

I don't think a traditional FAQ page is quite the right vehicle. Perhaps what is needed is a "Questions that should be more frequently asked" page.

The content could come form asking specific questions on -user, like

Disabling unneeded services on a Debian system
Minimal firewall for a client-only Debian system
     etc.

I would suggest you try to keep it DE agnostic as much as possible.

Yes.

Kind regards,
Andrei
