See gnome-session-quit:

  --logout         Log out
  --power-off      Power off
  --reboot         Reboot
  --force          Ignoring any existing inhibitors
  --no-prompt      Don't prompt for user confirmation


You might also try

gsettings set org.gnome.SessionManager logout-prompt false
