Right! Systems not working can make us peevish -- even the best of us.
However if you think about it:

1. Having to deal with a peevish questioner does not make the answerer
any more eager to help

2. We dont know your system -- you may have a hardware problem for all we know

3. We dont know you and so what level to pitch answers

4. No one knows everything. In particular everything that is relevant to 
solving your problem

If this is not the deal for you I suggest a paid system.

I am told their help-lines are (wo)manned by double-phds just waiting to roll
out the red carpet...
