I don't believe so. Both packages will provide /usr/bin/php5 and so will conflict. And, besides, I don't think there's a way for a script to say which version it wants to run under. Your best bet is to use some sort of virtualisation to create two distinct environments. Depending on what you want, that could be anywhere from a full virtual machine down to a container or a chroot.
