when writing to the international user list, consider to write in
English. Visit the German user list if you prefer to write in German.

What ever list you should prefer, most of us don't have a crystal ball.
Where is a missing link to Wheezy 7.5? You should provide this
information.

I suspect you mean that it's missing here:

http://www.debian.org/releases/wheezy/debian-installer/

The links are against 7.4.

However, at the bottom of the page there is this information: "To report

Please report the issue there.
