You only need the first disk to boot the system. You can't boot off the
others. Please save bandwidth, and not download unnecessary DVDs. If
possible, please use the netinst CD for the installation.

Has the machine you are installing onto got access to the internet
during the install?

I cannot parse that sentence. What pendrive? You'll have to explain in
more detail what your problem is.

Have you read the documentation on the website for installing Debian?
