Oh it responds, responds badly:

$ ntpdc -n -c monlst < 172.21.100.159 >
bash: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'

$ ntpdc -n -c 172.21.100.159
***Command `172.21.100.159' unknown

$ echo 172.21.100.159 > monlst
lina@debian:~$ ntpdc -n -c monlst
***Command `monlst' unknown


I am kidding, I am sorry I don't know how to understand `-c monlst <IP
of ntpd>`.
