Settings -> Interface = (default)
Settings -> Input Device = (default)
Settings -> Output Device = (default)

also:
Options -> Scripting -> no scripts, no execute...

Now, qjackctl is also auto-starting jackd, even though:
Misc -> Start JACK audio server on startup = FALSE
