Not at all. The simpler a tool, the more powerful and versatile it is,
and the more difficult it is to use.

A carpenter can use a chisel to shape wood in almost any way, but a
newbie cannot use it at all without making a mess of the job. The newbie
will prefer power tools, each of which makes a few jobs very easy, but
cannot do anything else.
