Backports pinning

Hi,

with different settings backports always got a lower priority than
jessie/testing.

Is it possible to give backports a higher priority than jessie/testing?

Do I need to add wheezy/updates and wheezy-updates to the preferences
too, or do they belong to wheezy?

Among others I tested wheezy-backports with priority 100 and set-up the
others to lower priorities, but it didn't work too. The below settings
either don't work.

Regards,
Ralf
