How do I compile a kernel module for EasyCAP DC60?

I just got EasyCAP device and it is reported as

	Product: usbtv007
	Manufacturer: fushicai

The web page http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Easycap has the following  
instructions regardless of the device.

    Linux kernel driver, enable CONFIG_VIDEO_USBTV:
        https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/drivers/media/usb/usbtv
    From 3.11 ("Linux for Workgroups") on: Supports NTSC, Composite input
    Queued for 3.12: S-Video input
    In works: Controls (brightness, ...)

I am on Debian stable. The command `uname -a` reports the following for my  
system:

	Linux homebox 3.2.0-4-kirkwood #1 Debian 3.2.46-1 armv5tel GNU/Linux

Can someone point me how to compile just a kernel module on my arm device  
for EasyCAP?  I have a basic installation of Debian just about 2 months  
ago with user land only.

I looked around and it appears that 3.10 kernel is in testing and 3.11 is  
in unstable branch. Is there a chance I can get module working with my  
current kernel instead of 3.11?
