I can confirm it works on sid and I suspect it works on wheezy too.
You need to have multiarch enabled as mentioned in this thread and do
"sudo apt-get install libgl1-nvidia-glx:i386".

I'm not sure if all the bugs are worked out yet but I can run my old
32bit apps.. :)
