I have not met such tool in debian which does this. Probably, you may think to write your own mechanism.
In my case, if I have built a debian package from source then I do not have a reason to reverse
validate it from source, since source is under version control system and changes are tracked, so I do not have
to worry about it.I still do not see a valid use case for your scenario.
