Hello Andrei ,

I tried to install touchegg_1.0-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb and I get

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of touchegg:
 touchegg depends on libutouch-geis1 (>= 2.0.1); however:
  Package libutouch-geis1 is not installed.

and 

apt-get install -f

simply uninstall touchegg :-(
