Hi Daniel,

just make sure, that the cooler free of dust. After some time, there is a lot 
of dust in the cooler, which is clogging the air exit.

If this is ok, you might want to try pwmconfig, which is creating the 
configurationfile for  fancontrol (/etc/fancontrol).
