... under STEP 4 this line is quoted from the site configuration file.
SSLCertificateFile /etc/apache2/ssl/localcerts/apache.pem

My system has no /etc/apache2/ssl/.

peter@dalton:~$ ls /etc/apache2/
apache2.conf  envvars     magic           mods-enabled  sites-available
conf.d        httpd.conf  mods-available  ports.conf    sites-enabled

Is another package needed?  Should ssl/localcerts/ be created.
