cpuinfo lists the current microcode running on each CPU core. If you
already installed the packages, it will be the latest available for your
CPU.
That said, the packages have changelogs with the microcode versions in
/usr/share/doc/<package>. AMD discloses what is being fixed. Intel
[usually] doesn't.
Also, the kernel log (/var/log/kern.log) will have relevant info when
the microcode gets updated.
