Computer Usage Issue - tty_ldisc_reinit
I recently started having the follow occur when I boot into multi-user
mode in stock Debian Squeeze 6.0.4:

The kernel was recently updated on this box. I recompiled the rr232x
RAID drivers against the new header files to make sure that they were
in sync with the kernel. The root of the file system resides on the
array and is accessible and bootable. Additionally, if I boot into
single user mode this error does not show up, but will show up if I
move to any other init level via the 'init #' command. While in
multi-user mode I don't have use of my mouse or any keys on my
keyboard outside of the standard 83 keys. Also in either case,
single-user or multi-user, I have full access to the RAID array and to
the video components on the computer. To make matter more interesting
if I attempt to reinstall the kernel via 'aptitude install
linux-image-2.6.32-5-amd64' or attempt to update grub2 via
'update-grub2' I receive the following, 'grub-probe: sending ioctl
1261 to a partition' and 'blockdev: sending ioctl 125d to a partition'
so many times I receive '__ratelimit: ### callbacks suppressed'. I'm
at somewhat of a loss as to what exactly is causing the problem or how
to further trouble shoot the issue, if someone out in the great ether
could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
