I'm assuming it's a single 146GB drive, until notified otherwise.  The
fact that it doesn't boot, but shows a Windows splash screen of some
kind, leads me to believe what I already stated.  I guess it could be a
mirrored pair of 73s, or 4x36s in a RAID5 or RAID10.  But if that's the
case, and the drives weren't wiped, then the system should boot up with
whatever was on it.  I think the OP omitted some key details.

If it's either of the latter two possibilities above, Frank's advice is
salient.  Blow away the 5i's RAID config and create a new array of your
chosen flavor.  If you have 4x36GB drives I'd go RAID 10, given the age
of the drives.  If it's 2x73s then you have only the RAID1 option.
