Thanks, that is helpful, I can now find the Flash files with your command and 
a little grepping:

lsof +aL1 /tmp | grep Flash

But, I guess I still cannot delete that file as long as that tab in Iceweasel 
(the one to view that video) is open...

But, thanks, I've learned a little more!
