I've used "Big C++" by Cay Horstmann and Timothy Budd. It's great ifyou're just starting off but it also includes a fair bit of moreadvanced stuff also. It was a prescribed text book for one of myuniversity subjects and I must confess it's very nice - I'm definitelykeeping my copy!


Any book that centres on g++ should be fine though.
