Maybe http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/ will be faster?

A quick scan of http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/6.0.3/amd64/list-dvd/
shows no sign of these packages. Presumably because the DVDs only contain
the main archive?
