Thanks... Here the problem solved after a reboot.

google chrome is happy as it can see

Flash - Version: 11.1 r102
Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102

firefox-8 don't claim to download the adobe plugins anymore.

can see youtube on both the browser :-)
