BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 61s

Hi,

I am running Debian 6.0 amd64 on a Dell PowerEdge 2850 server with 16 GB RAM for virtualization purposes using Debian's Xen packages. Today when I wanted to create a new VPS using xen-create-image I got really slow and everthing sort of freezed until it was finished. On the console I saw the error message which I copy pasted below.

Does anyone have an idea what's wrong here? Hardware looks ok so far... Is this maybe a bug or something?

Thanks in advance for any advices.

Regards,
ML
