We're not mind readers here - there's more variations to possible setups
than you possibly recognise.
NOTE: we don't get paid to play guessing games with inconsiderate,
obnoxious people either - best to provide too much information and avoid
being misdiagnosed as a trollish malcontent.

Have you tried:-
# eject

Having done so - what do you get from:-
$ dmesg | tail -n 25
