Yes. See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LinkAggregation for a fairly
user-friendly howto (Bear in mind, that that's for Ubuntu, not Debian,
but most should apply).

Basically you set up a virtual interface that bonds together your two
adapters, sending out packets on each one in turn. You would then set
this virtual interface (bond0) to be your default route.
