can't suspend in linux-image-3.0.0-1

Hi,

I can't issue 'acpitool -S' in linux-image-3.0.0-1:

 Function Do_Suspend : could not open file : /proc/acpi/sleep.
 You must have write access to /proc/acpi/sleep to suspend your computer.
