Ah, I looked here:

And there is no mention of this bug.

Actually, when I try to open the page you linked, it doesn't open at the 
moment. Just keeps loading forever. Will have a look at it later again. But 
from the description you gave, it could be the same bug.

P.S.: That also shows how google is behind in indexing. I have done lots of 
seaches for "Could not initialize NSS" but found nothing over the weekend 
(except one old post that got no answer).
