Evince is one I use all the time.
As for Ekiga: http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Building_Ekiga_for_Windows
No Cygwin there. GTK is cross-platform after all.
I suspect that once Gnome 3 is settled down a bit, we will see the
appearance of a full Gnome desktop suite for Windows, same as KDE4.
