Nice heads-up for me, I have the very same Ethernet controller. In
2.6.37 it's working perfectly fine, haven't tried newer kernels yet.

I'm afraid this list is not quite the right place for problems in
bleeding edge kernels -- netdev@vger.kernel.org is probably better
suited. See the MAINTAINERS file for other contact addresses.
