WINEPREFIX=/some/lengthy/path/to/your/wine/profile wine  
/other/lengthy/path/to/your/wine/profile/drive_c/programs/some/serious/ms/suite/such/as/minesweeper

If you *really* miss windows though, you could try making it run with  
backslashes, i.e. changing the last part after /drive_c/ to  
/drive_c\programs\some\other\serious\ms\suite\such\as\hearts.
