Just to add to this, if you don't have reverse resolution setup for your 
dns server, and the ip doesn't match an entry, then yes, it'll ask for 
this.  Even if it finds a valid name, it will populate the dialog with 
this name so that you may confirm.

I wouldn't want to skip this step IMHO.
