Hi have tow suggestions,
The first one.
trickle http://monkey.org/~marius/pages/?page=trickle it is bandwidth shaper.

The second one
bonding http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/networking/bonding
whit this one you can plus the bandwidth.
