I had this problem in KVM virtual machines whose host has interfaces
NetXtreme II BCM5708 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 12). I obtained alternatings
timeouts:

With 'pci=noacpi' this problem was solved.

Hi Daniel,
that help me in "soft condition" (surfing, mailing etc.) but if there is some bigger file transfer afther 10-20 min. kerneloops notice come and ethernet stop working.
