I higly suggest you learn about what multicast traffic is in the first
place, you came across as very confused about the whole thing:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_multicast
How to send/receive multicast:
http://ntrg.cs.tcd.ie/undergrad/4ba2/multicast/antony/index.html
And you better not screw up and use the wrong multicast group, so kindly
check IANA first before sending packets to any multicast group, or your
network system admin might decide that your spleen would look better
in his wall:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/multicast-addresses/
And finally, the obvious:
apt-cache search multicast
will tell you about numerous Debian packages with multicast capability,
maybe one of them does whatever you want to do with multicast.
