Is there any reason why the installer shouldn't contain its own nameserver? It's certainly possible for a Linux system to do its own nameserving, so why shouldn't the istaller? It would remove one step that's tricky for beginners from the installation process. And how can one discover what nameserver one's Linux system is actually using? -- hendrik
