hot to set pal from ntsc

Hi

I connected my Debian Lenny with a tv by an S-video-Scart cable.

Ok...I restart X, ALT+CTRL+Backspace

I log in, ok, I get screen, but it's just black and white...where are the colors? :D:S

Ok..I google...it says I'm maybe having NTSC configured, and I need PAL (I'm in Europe)

Ok...how can I change to PAL???

..because...I have no Xorg.conf!! :O:O:O??
