Flash is always a bit tricky ... once it works, then it stops working for no obvious reason, then it may work again .... of course, for no obvious reason etc. :-) I got used to switch back and forth (using update-alternatives for example) between the manual install and flashplugin-nonfree http://sunoano.name/ws/public_xhtml/debian_notes_cheat_sheets.html#flash_on_debian
