http://manpages.debian.net/ is pretty much in sync i guess.

the only "problem with that site is that it cgi generates the pages, so its not indexed by google, one of the reasons that they did it differently for the ubuntu version.
in my turn i made the http://manpages.songshu.org basically copying ubuntu's site and applied it to debian, nothing special further but it was a nice practice material.




KDE can convert manpages to HTML on-the-fly (just browse to man:/<manpage>[(<number>)]
(where the <> denotes a required argument, [] an optional argument)
